Terms & Conditions

Service: AnyAirline Cloud · Website: https://anyairline.app Effective: 17 May 2026 · Last updated: 24 June 2026 This revision (Credit Packs & Activation Codes): effective 8 July 2026

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between the Operator of the AnyAirline Cloud service and the User of this service.

1.2. The Operator is:

  • Name: Filip Chudoba, sole trader
  • Company ID (IČO): 09390944
  • Registered office: Tesaříkova 1020/1, 102 00 Prague 10 - Hostivař, Czech Republic
  • E-mail: [email protected]

1.3. The User is a natural person over 16 years of age or a legal entity who has created an account on the Platform or uses its features.

1.4. By registering or using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, understand them and agree to them.

2. Description of the Service

2.1. AnyAirline Cloud is an online platform designed for the community of flight simulator enthusiasts (Microsoft Flight Simulator, X-Plane, Prepar3D, FSX). In particular, it offers:

a) AI generation of in-flight announcements in supported languages, including AI Lite and premium AI voice modes

b) English-only local/offline TTS through the AnyAirline Connector

c) Live IFE map with real-time flight telemetry

d) AnyAirline Connector connecting the simulator to the cloud platform

e) Flight planner with support for import from SimBrief

f) Community Workshop for sharing audio content (boarding music, deboarding music, safety media, airport chime, etc.)

g) Credit system for paid AI features, including subscription credits, manual top-ups, and prepaid Credit Packs redeemed via Activation Codes (including codes purchased from authorized resellers)

2.2. The Service is intended exclusively for entertainment and hobby purposes. It is not intended for the operation of real aircraft or for any real navigational, aviation or commercial use.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. Full use of the Service requires registration. The User registers using an e-mail and password or via an OAuth provider (Google, Discord).

3.2. The User undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information. They are obliged to update changes in their account without undue delay.

3.3. The User is responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity carried out under their account. In case of suspected unauthorized access, they are obliged to inform us immediately.

3.4. One User may operate only one account, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

3.5. The User may delete their account at any time via the "Delete account" function in the application or by request to [email protected].

4. Plans, Credits and Payments

4.1. Plans

The Service is offered under the following plans (names and values are subject to change; the current pricing is always published in the application):

PlanMonthly credits
Free0 (English-only local/offline TTS)
Starter600
Plus1,500
Pro2,800
Commander5,000
Captain9,000

4.2. Credits

a) Local/offline TTS is free and does not use voice credits.

b) AI Lite generation is lower-cost and slower; approximately 100 submitted characters correspond to 1 credit.

c) AI Lite generation may be processed on the Operator's own servers or, during overflow, on serverless compute infrastructure used only to produce the requested announcement audio.

d) Premium AI voice generation is higher quality; approximately 40 submitted characters correspond to 1 credit before language and model multipliers.

e) Experimental languages and premium models may cost 2x as many credits.

f) The exact charge is calculated server-side from the submitted text, selected language, mode and model. Public calculators are planning estimates only.

g) Subscription tiers grant monthly voice credits while the paid tier is active. Stored credits remain on the account, subject to the expiry rule below, but are usable only while an active paid tier is in place; without paid access, the balance is locked. This locking does not apply to Credit Pack credits, which are governed by Article 4.5.

h) Manual top-up credits are also usable only while an active paid tier is in place. Credit Pack credits redeemed from an Activation Code are an exception and are usable on a standalone basis as set out in Article 4.5.

i) All voice credits expire 12 months after the date on which they are granted, credited or activated, calculated separately for each individual grant. This applies equally to monthly subscription allocations, manual top-ups and Credit Pack credits. Each monthly subscription allocation runs its own 12-month period from the date it is credited, so a newly granted batch of credits is never shortened by the age of the account or by the end of a billing or annual period. Freezing of credits while no paid tier is active does not pause or extend this period: credits reaching the end of their 12-month life expire and are forfeited whether or not they were usable at that time.

j) Transitional rule for existing balances: credits already present on a User's account before 8 July 2026 (the effective date of this revision) are treated as granted on 8 July 2026 for the purpose of the 12-month expiry above, so that such credits remain available for at least 12 months from that date. Credits granted, credited or activated on or after 8 July 2026 expire 12 months from their own grant date.

k) Credits are not money, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.3. Payments

a) Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. as applicable, in accordance with Stripe's terms.

b) The subscription is automatically renewed until the User cancels it in the account settings.

c) Top-ups range from EUR 3 to EUR 500; automatic top-up after falling below a minimum balance can be set.

d) Commander and Captain tiers may have cheaper top-up rates than lower tiers, as shown in the application.

e) Credit Packs may also be purchased through Authorized Resellers; such purchases are governed by Article 4.6.

4.4. Withdrawal from Contract and Refunds

a) Pursuant to § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer User has no right to withdraw from a contract for the delivery of digital content if the content has been delivered with their express consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

b) At checkout or when starting paid digital performance, the User expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of the provision of performance and acknowledges the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract to the extent permitted by law.

c) By redeeming an Activation Code, the User expressly requests the immediate commencement of provision of the digital content and acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law. An activated Activation Code, and the credits it grants, are therefore non-refundable.

d) Subscriptions may be cancelled with effect from the end of the current billing period. Access remains active until that date.

e) Subscription payments, top-ups and unused credits are non-refundable, unless the law provides otherwise.

f) If chargeable generation fails before usable output is delivered, the Service may automatically return the charged voice credits. This is a credit ledger correction, not a payment refund.

g) If a payment relating to credits or an Activation Code is reversed or charged back after redemption, the Operator may, to the extent permitted by law: revoke any unspent credits from that purchase; recover the value of the credits already used, calculated at the Operator's standard retail rate of EUR 1 for every 150 credits consumed; recover any chargeback or dispute fee charged to the Operator by the payment provider; and suspend or restrict the account until the matter is resolved.

h) Defect claims may be filed at [email protected].

4.5. Credit Packs and Activation Codes

4.5.1. In addition to subscription plans, the Operator offers prepaid Credit Packs — a one-time quantity of voice credits (for example 1,500 or 5,000 credits, as specified at the point of sale). A Credit Pack may be sold directly or as an Activation Code through Authorized Resellers (Article 4.6).

4.5.2. Validity. Credits from a Credit Pack redeemed via an Activation Code are valid for 12 months from the date of redemption (activation). Unlike subscription and top-up credits, Credit Pack credits are usable on a standalone basis, without an active paid tier, throughout that 12-month period.

4.5.3. Expiry. Credit Pack credits that remain unused at the end of the 12-month validity period expire and are forfeited. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify the User before expiry, but expiry applies regardless of whether notification is received.

4.5.4. Redemption. Each Activation Code may be redeemed only once, on a single account, at the official redemption page (currently https://anyairline.app/redeem). A valid AnyAirline account is required and may be created during redemption. Once redeemed, an Activation Code is spent and cannot be redeemed again, transferred or reactivated.

4.5.5. Order of consumption. Where an account holds credits from more than one source, credits are consumed soonest-expiring or most-restricted first — in practice, active subscription and top-up credits before standalone Credit Pack credits, and the earliest-expiring credits first within the same category. This is intended to minimise unintended expiry.

4.5.6. Invalid or revoked codes. The Operator may decline or revoke an Activation Code that is invalid, already redeemed, suspected of fraud, obtained unlawfully, distributed in breach of these Terms, or linked to a reversed or charged-back payment. Activation Codes may not be resold, sublicensed or distributed except through the Authorized Reseller channel by which they were issued.

4.6. Purchases through Authorized Resellers

4.6.1. The Operator may make Activation Codes available through third-party marketplaces it authorizes ("Authorized Resellers", for example SimMarket).

4.6.2. Where the User buys an Activation Code from an Authorized Reseller, the purchase and payment contract is concluded between the User and that reseller and is governed by the reseller's own terms, including price, billing, taxes and the handling of purchase-price refunds. The Operator is responsible for honouring a validly issued Activation Code and for providing the corresponding credits and Service under these Terms.

4.6.3. Any refund of the purchase price of an Activation Code is determined under the Authorized Reseller's terms and applicable law. Activation and use of a Code on the Service is governed by Articles 4.4 and 4.5.

5. User-Generated Content

5.1. Ownership. All content that the User uploads to the Workshop (audio, descriptions, metadata, etc.) remains in their ownership / under their rights.

5.2. Licence. By uploading content, the User grants the Operator and other Platform users a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to:

a) store, host and display the content within the Service,

b) use it for the purposes of providing the Service's functions (playback during simulated flights),

c) make it available to other users, if the User marks the content as public.

The licence lasts for the duration of the publication of the content on the Platform and 6 months after its removal (for backup purposes).

5.3. User warranties. The User declares that:

a) they have all necessary rights to the uploaded content (copyright, performers' rights, phonogram producers' rights, etc.),

b) the content does not infringe the rights of third parties or applicable laws,

c) if they use a source URL import function where it is enabled for their account, they have the relevant rights to the content in question.

5.4. Prohibited content. In particular, it is prohibited to upload:

a) Content infringing copyright (e.g. soundtracks of protected films, music without a licence)

b) Content containing personal data of third parties without their consent

c) Hateful, vulgar, threatening, discriminatory or sexually explicit content

d) Content promoting violence, terrorism or illegal activity

e) Spam, malware, phishing or malicious code

f) Advertising content without prior consent of the Operator

5.5. Moderation. The Operator reserves the right to validate, transcode, moderate, reject or remove uploaded content if it breaches these Terms, fails technical or safety checks, or creates a security or rights risk, without entitlement to compensation.

5.6. Upload limits.

a) Boarding/deboarding music, safety video: max. 180 MB and 30 minutes

b) Airport chime: max. 10 MB and 60 seconds

c) Permitted formats: MP3, WAV

6. Rules of Use

6.1. The User undertakes NOT to:

a) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its systems or the accounts of other users

b) Circumvent security measures, rate-limits or protection systems

c) Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code (except to the extent permitted by mandatory provisions of law)

d) Use the Service for bulk sending (spam), data scraping or automated requests beyond the published API

e) Burden the infrastructure in an unreasonable way (DoS, flood, repeated API calls)

f) Share their account, login credentials or AnyAirline Connector token with other persons

g) Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activity

h) Impersonate another person, organization or real airline in a way confusable with real activity

6.2. The Operator reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate the account in case of a breach of the Terms, without compensation.

7. Operator's Intellectual Property

7.1. All source code, design, logos, trademarks, documentation and other elements of the Service are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors.

7.2. The User obtains only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in the manner set out in these Terms. No further rights arise to the User from the Terms.

7.3. AI-generated audio content and TTS announcements created by the Service may be used by the User only as part of flight simulation playback through AnyAirline. The User may not export, redistribute, repackage, resell, or use generated audio as a standalone sound pack, voice library, virtual airline announcement pack, or source material for playback through another application, website, add-on, bot, media library, or distribution system.

7.4. Virtual airlines and fictional airlines may upload and use their own fictional sounds, announcements, music, and related media within AnyAirline, provided that they have all necessary rights to that content and comply with these Terms. Such user-uploaded content remains subject to the User-Generated Content rules in Section 5.

8. AnyAirline Connector

8.1. The AnyAirline Connector is a separate program that the User voluntarily installs on their device.

8.2. The AnyAirline Connector collects flight telemetry (position, speed, altitude, flight phase) solely for the duration of an active flight session and transmits it to the Platform for the purposes of displaying the IFE map and synchronizing flight status.

8.3. AnyAirline Connector pairing is performed via a one-time pairing token valid for 10 minutes. The User may unpair the device in the application at any time.

8.4. The Operator is not liable for the behavior of the simulator, loss of in-game progress or non-standard states caused by a connector error. Use is at the User's risk.

9. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Operator endeavors to keep the Service continuously available, but does not provide any express or implied warranty of availability. The Service may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages or force majeure.

9.2. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties as to fitness, suitability for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-generated content or uninterrupted operation.

9.3. In particular, the Operator is not liable for:

a) loss, damage or unavailability of data (the User is required to back up important data)

b) errors in AI-generated announcements (grammatical, linguistic, factual)

c) outages of third-party services, including payment, authentication, AI, voice, OAuth, hosting, and flight-planning providers

d) damage caused by use of the Service in breach of these Terms

e) indirect, consequential or incidental damage, lost profits or loss of opportunity

9.4. The Operator's maximum aggregate liability for damages to a single User is limited to the amount the User paid for the Service in the last 12 months before the damage occurred. This does not affect mandatory provisions on liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

10. Changes to the Terms and the Service

10.1. The Operator is entitled to change these Terms at any time. The User will be informed of material changes by e-mail or by notification in the application at least 14 days before the effective date.

10.2. If the User does not agree to the change of the Terms, they are entitled to cancel the account. By continuing to use the Service after the effective date of the changes, the User agrees to the changes.

10.3. The Operator may at any time add, change or remove features of the Service. For paid features, the Operator undertakes to inform subscribers in reasonable advance.

11. Termination of Contract

11.1. The User may terminate the contractual relationship at any time by deleting the account.

11.2. The Operator may terminate the contractual relationship with immediate effect in the event of:

a) a material breach of the Terms

b) abuse of the Service

c) a legal obligation or a decision of a public authority

11.3. Provisions that by their nature are to survive (in particular intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) do not lapse with the termination of the contractual relationship.

12. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

12.1. The body responsible for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the contract is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2).

12.2. The consumer may also use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

13. Final Provisions

13.1. These Terms and the contractual relationship are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection.

13.2. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or ineffective, it shall be replaced by a provision whose meaning is closest to the invalid one. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of the others.

13.3. The Czech courts have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes. The consumer may turn to the general court according to their place of residence.

13.4. These Terms enter into force on 17 May 2026. The revision introducing Credit Packs and Activation Codes (Articles 4.5 and 4.6 and related amendments) enters into force on the date stated in the header above.
